I am a continuing student and teacher of Yoga. My Yoga teaching and practice is
heavily influenced by the Bhagavad Gita, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and The
Hatha Yoga Pradipika. I strive to practice, teach, and live inspired by the eight
limbs of classical, or Raja Yoga and other spiritual paths. I received my 200 hour training in Hatha/Alignment Yoga with Scott Anderson and am continuing ParaYoga Master Training with Rod Stryker. My hope is that when students leave the mat they will
carry their physical, mental and spiritual practice into the world in which they live.
I am also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
My classes are for EVERYONE. I believe that as long as you have an open mind and a willingness to participate, Yoga is accessible to all. Whether you have a mature, heavier, injured or a body in dis-ease, I will strive to make your Yoga experience rewarding. I provide a welcoming environment free from judgment and competition. All of my classes are multi-level and I promise a positive Yoga practice for the beginner to the advanced practitioner.
